These Terms apply to the website and consulting/software services offered by AIGuy.ie, a sole trader operating in Ireland. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide strategy, design, and implementation services. Proposals set out scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. Work begins after written acceptance. Unless otherwise agreed, engagements are time and materials with payment due within 14 days of invoice.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to information, systems, and stakeholders.
• Ensure you have rights to all materials you supply.
• Comply with applicable laws and security obligations.

Intellectual property

Pre‑existing IP remains the property of each party. Unless specified otherwise in a Statement of Work, final deliverables are licensed to you for internal business use. Re‑use across other clients of our generic know‑how, templates, and utilities is reserved.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information secret except as required by law or agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
